I have always found the most important things in life to be of a simple nature. By this I do not mean easy to apply or practice, but uncomplicated. Health is no different. The practices (meaning repeated performance…requiring consistency) that manifest a healthy life are straightforward. To be balanced and well: exercise, proper nutrition, emotional stability, and overall contentment must be present.
